Terms of Use

Last updated 14 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of this website. By using it, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. They are about the website only: any work we do for you, or any item you buy from us, is covered by a separate agreement (see below).

Who we are

This website is operated by NATOW Group Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom (Company number 16748110), of 13 Canterbury Road, Hawkinge, CT18 7BW, United Kingdom. It covers two of our divisions: NATOW Systems (bespoke software) and NATOW Ex (ex-military equipment, vehicles, parts and transport). You can contact us at info@natow.co.uk or on 07855 224748.

Information on this website

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we can't promise that it is complete or error-free, and we may change it at any time without notice. Nothing on the site is professional, technical or legal advice.

NATOW Ex: stock, photos and availability

  • Descriptions and photographs of trailers, vehicles, parts and equipment are for general information. Photos show the items or examples of them and may not match exactly what you receive.
  • Stock changes. An item shown or described on the site may already have been sold, be in restoration, or not yet be available. Please ask us to confirm availability and condition before you rely on a listing.
  • Listings, descriptions and any prices we show are not offers that you can accept. A sale is only made when we agree it with you, and its terms, including price, condition, delivery and payment, are those we confirm to you at that time.
  • We encourage you to ask questions and to inspect an item before buying wherever you can.
  • Services we describe as coming soon, such as trailer hire, are not available until we say they are.

NATOW Systems: software services

The descriptions of our software services are general. They are not a quote or an offer, and they don't promise any particular result, cost or timescale. Any software work is agreed separately, in writing, once we understand your requirements. That agreement will set out the scope, price, timescales, ownership of the work and support arrangements.

Using the website and contact form

Please use the site lawfully and sensibly. In particular, you must not:

  • send spam, advertising or anything unlawful, abusive or misleading through the contact form;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the site, our servers or the accounts that handle your enquiries;
  • introduce viruses or other harmful material, or overload the site with automated requests;
  • copy or scrape the site's content in bulk without our permission.

We may block access to anyone who breaks these rules. How we handle the details you send us is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The website's content, including the NATOW, NATOW Systems, NATOW Group and NATOW Ex names and logos, text, design and our photographs, belongs to NATOW Group Ltd or is used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal or internal business use. You may not copy, republish or use our logos, photographs or text for other purposes without our written permission.

Links to other websites

If the site links to other websites, we do so for convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Our responsibility to you

We provide this website and its information as it is, and we can't guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. We are not liable for loss or damage that arises from using the website or relying on its information, except where the law does not allow us to exclude it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights, including your rights when you buy goods from us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and the version on the site when you use it is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also have the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
